Follow-up Consultation

Service Description

Follow-Ups are used to check-in & monitor your progress with recommendations from previous appointments. Based on how things are going, you & Sophie will either build on your current recommendations, adjust the course of your recommendations, discuss further testing (if needed), and/or determine whether you are able to "graduate" from nutrition counseling. There's no set schedule for all in terms of frequency of follow-ups. You & Sophie will work together to plan that out based on your individual case & needs. *Price includes sales tax & processing fees.

Cancellation Policy

There is no fee for cancelling 24 hours prior to the appointment date & time. A fee of half the cost of the appointment will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. A fee of half the cost of the appointment will also be charged for no shows. A no show is defined as being 15 minutes or more late for an appointment without an attempt to notify Sophie of tardiness.
