Cancellation Policy
There is no fee for cancelling 24 hours prior to the appointment date & time.
A fee of half the cost of the appointment will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.
A fee of half the cost of the appointment will also be charged for no shows. A no show is defined as being 15 minutes or more late for an appointment without an attempt to notify Sophie of tardiness.
