If you're a new client, then you'll be booking a 90-minute Intake consult as the results of the DUTCH test can't be adequately interpreted without this time to go over your health history first. Re-testing is strongly recommended (and may need to repeated several times), so consider this too in your planning.

Cancellation Policy

There is no fee for cancelling 24 hours prior to the appointment date & time. A fee of half the cost of the appointment will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. A fee of half the cost of the appointment will also be charged for no shows. A no show is defined as being 15 minutes or more late for an appointment without an attempt to notify Sophie of tardiness.
