Service Description

In this hour and a half session, you and Sophie will discuss what ails you and how you'd like your health to improve. She'll go through the details of your health history. You'll discuss your preferences & day to day life so Sophie can better understand you as a person as you work together to establish health goals & the recommendations that will move you toward them. Keep in mind that this is a time for Sophie to learn more about you & get you started with a handful or fewer recommendations. Her approach involves helping you make small, incremental changes that become incorporated into to your lifestyle longterm. Don't expect a big overhaul, especially on day one! Sophie may recommend specific laboratory testing to further understand your health picture & be able to make evidence-based, individualized, & highly targeted recommendations in follow-up appointments to come. Expect full transparency in terms of the process & pricing. *sales tax and processing fees included in price

Cancellation Policy

There is no fee for cancelling 24 hours prior to the appointment date & time. A fee of half the cost of the appointment will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. A fee of half the cost of the appointment will also be charged for no shows. A no show is defined as being 15 minutes or more late for an appointment without an attempt to notify Sophie of tardiness.
